Good for track use if you require safety wire
I recently installed the Yoshimura Oil Filler Cap Type-FB on my Kawasaki ZX-4R, and here’s my review:About quality and textureThe quality of the Yoshimura Oil Filler Cap is excellent. It’s made from durable materials, and the finish is smooth with a nice Yoshimura logo engraved on it. It looks high-end and adds a bit of a premium feel to the engine area. It doesnt come with a new O-ring though.About the feeling of useThe cap feels solid and well-made. It fits perfectly and securely, so I have no worries about leaks. Plus, it comes pre-drilled for safety wire, which is a great feature if you’re using it for track days or just want extra security.Products to buy togetherI would recommend pairing this with other Yoshimura parts, like their bar ends or frame sliders, to keep the look consistent across your bike. It’s a nice touch to have matching pieces.Difficulty of installationThe installation was super easy. You’ll need a 14mm socket to tighten it properly, and it only took me a couple of minutes to install. No special tools needed, and it fit perfectly with my ZX-4R.Cost performance and comparison with other productsIt’s a bit more expensive than basic oil caps, but the quality and design are well worth the price.
