The KITACO Full Exhaust System Gasket is simple to install since it is just a gasket. It is just smaller and softer than the OEM gasket by a bit. Hence, requiring you to make sure you've set your header pipe already to avoid dropping it. I got mine dropped within my bash plate and it is a pain to remove. Since KITACO added another piece, I wouldn't worry much about replacements anytime soon.View Detail

I bought a gasket because I had to replace the monkey bike muffler. I was going to buy the genuine product, but Kitako is also inexpensive and there are two in a set. These gaskets were purchase due to needing an exhaust change on the Super Cub 50 and I do not like reusing the old ones if at all possible. These Kitaco ones were reviewed well and so I decided to give these a try myself. The price for the gaskets was excellent and far better than buying the OEM ones which essentially do the same job anyway. I have used a few Kitaco parts before and they really are great quality. I did have some other parts in an order and everything arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The gaskets arrived in the Kiataco packaging and were spot on. Previous reviews mentioned that the tool got damaged. It has a design flaw. Similar tools have addressed this issue. You can fix it by drilling small grooves; the locking bolt will fit into these grooves, allowing for long-term use without damage.I bought this tool for wheel seals and suspension seals. I use the metal tool for the front suspension seals. I bought it to replace the piston ring of the rear suspension. I tried installing the ring without this tool, and it got damaged. I found the most affordable option on Webike. When I disassemble the suspension for maintenance, I will also replace the piston ring.View Detail
Set the depth indicated on the metal tube as required, then pull out any excess oil to meet factory oil height specification. The markings on the tube were most helpful to do that. Having only used it on one pair of fork legs, I can't really address its long term durability but it seems like it would continue to work for several more sessions.edit; My feelings are a bit mixed about this tool. It is very simple to use, reasonably priced, and nice to have. But when using it, the plunger mechanism got stuck several times and was shockingly hard to free up. This is very odd but it felt like the steel tube got clogged and yet I was using new, 5W oil and there were no impurities.The rubber plunger inside the syringe is so tacky, it?s hard to pull.
