The Kitaco Replacement tool (for front springs removal) is necessary to dismantle the GROM front forks. How to use it and where you use it is self obvious once you partly dismantle the fork leg except the little grub screw which locates into one of the 4 oil ports. Be cautious here and only have this grub screw protruding a little, too much and damage could occur to the port which could damage the stanchion seal. The Kitaco replacement tool (stanchion clamping tool) needs to be firmly held in a bench vice or similar. The "axle" bar saves you using a greasy axle to unscrew (clockwise it's left hand thread) the axle housing from the stanchion. The peice of 14mm hex bar in the kit would be much more useful if it was 100mm in length. It (14mm hex bar) is necessary to remove the plug at the bottom of the fork stanchion, if it was 100mm long it could be used to torque the stanchion to the axle housing during reassembly.
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used is a mixture of aluminum and steel that makes up the kit. About the feeling of use, This fork tool kit sure makes working on changing the fork springs easier and can be used on the Monkey 125 forks also. Allows for disassembly without damaging the painted and plated finishes. Products to buy together, Some higher weight fork springs from Kitaco would be ideal to also add to your cart when purchasing this tool kit so you can upgrade the front suspension for better handling. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the fork tool kit for my installation was very easy due to the simple nature of it's use caused by it's compact design and all inclusive items. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the fork tool kit is high for what you receive but the product has a design that makes changing the fork springs easier then using random tools and all the other options are no different in price. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. I find the link supplied to track my order very useful and the order arrived within the estimated date range. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, I have no concerns or cautions when purchasing from Webike. I cannot recommend Webike enough for the majority of your biking needs. They not only sell aftermarket parts and bike gear but also OEM parts for your repairs and servicing needs.View Detail
* About quality and texture, Specialized tooling. The blocks are machined from aluminium, the fasteners are zinc plated and the axle bar is steel. A complete kit for your front fork maintenance.* About the feeling of use, This tool is a must have if you are wanting to disassemble your front forks and this is a very common job for adding heavier weight fork springs. The kit makes the seamingly difficult task easy to tackle.* Products to buy together, The Kitaco front fork springs will be a very popular product to purchase alongside this tool.* Difficulty of installation, Attaching the tool and using it to disassemble the front forks is simple once you understand the process involved. The process was completed in 60 minutes with a little difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, I do find the pricing of this tool from Kitaco expensive and the other few brands that sell the same tool are no different. Your other option is to have a motorcycle repair do the work for you so now purchasing the tool and doing the job yourself will save you money.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, Another important tool to be used with kit is a heat gun to soften the thread locker on the low fork leg. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase.View Detail

Used for ForkBottom bracket replacement work. Normally, the inner and outer tubes should be disassembled, but instead of disassembling the outer tube, the bottom bracket was removed using this Jig. As a result, the inner tube was not damaged and the work was completed. Recommendation to the person who does this work.View Detail

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the crankshaft assembly tool from Kitaco, made from steel with a durable coating and comprises of three parts to the tool.About the feeling of use: Used successfully to install the crankshaft into the right side crankcase and I don't see an easier way for this to accomplished at home.Products to buy together: Many of the Kitaco tools like the flywheel puller and the center lock nut wrench would also be desirable to purchase along side the crankshaft assembly tool.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes just a few minutes, install the spacer over the shaft, thread the adapter onto the shaft and then the nut onto the adapter and you are ready to start pulling the crankshaft through. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are receiving a quality tool that will save you the cost of a visit to the local workshop with no other brands offering this tool for the Grom specifically.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: All of Kitaco's tooling is of a very high quality and I can't recommend them enough.View Detail

Honda Genuine Part 42601-121-690 fits all my Honda CT110 1996 standard wheel parts (110mm brake). NO modification required, everything fits. My original OEM rear hub was unservicale. So I choose the 42601-121-690 over the 42601-153-600ZA because it is Silver. As a genuine part made in Japan it is of high standard.I like the contrast of the silver hub in the black rim with rays of shiny stainless spokes, thank you Webike Japan.View Detail
The SP Takegawa TC20 fixes all the carburation problems caused by cheap Chinese replacement carburettors. The TC20 appears to be a PC20 with the idle and air mixture screws on the left side of the carburettor body. There is no need for adjustment when fitted to a standard tune CT110, the TC20 is set perfect from the workshop. I tried adjusting it "richer" via mixture (1/2turn) and/or needle position (2nd position) and this gave slight hesitation. The TC20 makes my standard (72xxxkm) CT110 carburate cleanly with all the power available everywhere.Fitting is a easy swap using a pod air filter and basic tools. The standard fairing still fits if one trims the choke lever as depicted. Only drag is the need (must have) for a 2 into 1 fuel cock that can be had from (Kitaco) Webike Japan, of course.I recon this TC20 is the first tuning part one should install even before a performance exhaust, the responce it gives between 50-70kmh is better than the OEM carburettor and removes that mystery roughness from any inferior Chinese OEM copy. Best investment for my CT110!View Detail
My first Aluminum Wide Wheel Rim Kit, I chose SP Takegawa with Takasago EXCEL 17" rims because they look so cool. I used stainless spokes to highlight and contrast the difference between old hub and new rim, OEM(110mm)hub). The SP Takegawa Aluminum Wide Wheel Rim Kit is my only custom ~3000km to photo. Had the SP Takegawa 17" rims professionally laced to my OEM hub. Takasago EXCEL specs say their rims are heaver than OEM steel, you can't feel the difference of the Aluminum Wide Wheel Rim Kit they just feel nice and solid/stiff. My SP Takegawa EXCEL kit with a wider footprint both ends, makes it so much more fun to ride my Honda. Thank you SP Takegawa and Webike Japan.View Detail
The Kitaco SERVICE MANUAL for CRANKCASE is worth it's weight in Gold. The information in it is transferable to ANY horizontal Honda style engine. Printed in Japanese with more than enough English captions, no information is lost. And the information it contains will turn you into a professional if you peruse it enough. Nothing is lost in translation and as usual a picture says a thousand words. I recon this manual should be brought before you waste money on a non-genuine service manual for you horizontal Honda motor. In fact the price of the Kitaco Crankcase and it's other half the Cylinder Head, Cylinder & Piston manual together along with shipping (from WEBIKE JAPAN, of course) will probably be less than a non-genuine manual for your specific engine. I think these manuals will eventually become collectors items. A must have if you "dig" the horizontal engine and it will save you money in the end. Invest now!View Detail
The Hurricane HB0038B handle bar gives my GROM a very road sport style ride position. They allows me to quickly crouch and easily tuck in my elbows when needed. The HB0038's bring the hands to a lower position while moving the body forward and stop my body catching the wind and being buffeted. This position must also move more weight onto the front wheel I recon. Fitment required basic tools and about an hour, get new hand-grips (Webike Japan, when you purchase the bars) don't bother trying to refit the standard GROM hand grips. I use a Honda CB750 clutch cable (from Webike Japan) which is a bit longer and allows smoother bends and gives better clutch pull/feel I recon. You CAN use the standard GROM clutch cable. The Hurricane HB0038 handle bar bend re positions the standard mirrors to give a better field of view for more safe riding in my opinion. These HB0038's replaced HB0039's on my GROM and will be staying on as they are the most comfortable of the two Hurricane "Foward" style bars.View Detail
